Keith Kolakowski is a Senior Preconstruction Manager at the Collage Companies, a design build, integrated services firm that is an established leader in the construction industry; headquartered in central Florida and working throughout the Southeast. Keith leads the company’s pre-construction execution including the following sectors:  commercial, transportation, parks and sports, hospitality, education and religious.

Keith had his first exposure to construction services while working part-time for the Bucknell Construction and Design Group. This university office included seasoned architects and project managers overseeing the growth of an historic campus in central Pennsylvania. He later served as a project engineer intern with Skanska USA Building on the multi-million dollar Hudson River Park project in New York City. After moving to Florida, Keith had the opportunity to spend several years helping lead volunteer-driven re-construction projects in the under-served neighborhoods of Orlando. Keith joined The Collage Companies in 2014 and has since served as the preconstruction lead for dozens of projects for public and private clients alike.
