Party with a Purpose: A Special Year
The Collage Companies’ annual “Party with a Purpose” (PWAP) has become a cherished tradition that embodies the company’s dedication to making a positive impact in Central Florida. The event brings together a diverse group of individuals united by a shared belief in the power of philanthropy and community engagement. PWAP is more than a celebration—it’s a platform for recognizing those who lead by example and supporting nonprofit organizations that create tangible change in the lives of those they serve.
This year, PWAP took on special significance as it was hosted for the first time at Collage’s new corporate headquarters in Lake Mary, Florida. This state-of-the-art facility, a testament to the company’s growth and future aspirations, served as the perfect venue for welcoming the community to Collage’s new home. Guests were treated to an inspiring evening filled with meaningful connections, all set against the backdrop of a space designed to reflect Collage’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and community impact.
“Party with a Purpose is more than just an event—it’s a celebration of the incredible organizations and individuals who are making a real difference in our community,” said Brian Walsh, Founder, Chairman and CEO of The Collage Companies. “It’s an opportunity for us to come together, give back, and support the missions that inspire us to build not just structures, but a stronger, more compassionate community.”
Giving Back
Each year at Party with a Purpose, The Collage Companies, along with The Walsh Family Foundation, proudly donates to a local organization that inspires us with their impactful work. This year, we were honored to present a $25,000 donation to Dave’s House, an organization dedicated to providing permanent supportive housing for individuals with serious mental illness.

Dave’s House addresses a critical need in our community by combining affordable, stable housing with ongoing mental healthcare and supportive services. Their innovative approach ensures that residents not only have a safe place to call home but also the comprehensive care they need for long-term recovery and stability. Through partnerships at the local, state, and federal levels, Dave’s House continues to create lasting change and offer hope to those who need it most.

“We are thrilled to partner with The Collage Companies on this transformative project,” said Ellen O’Connor, CEO of Dave’s House. “Securing zoning approval for our new community is a significant step forward in our mission to provide permanent supportive housing for adults with disabilities, including serious mental illness. As we actively engage in predevelopment work, this partnership demonstrates the power of collaboration to bring hope and stability to those who need it most.”
We are especially excited to partner with Dave’s House as the general contractor for their new community, breaking ground this year.
