Design-Build

Design-build, or integrated services, is a construction approach that involves a single entity managing both the design and construction phases of a project. With 40-plus years’ experience, Collage has proudly mastered this method of delivery. We bring together architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure an integrated and cohesive approach to project execution.

Fully Engaged in the Design Process.

The Collage team, skilled at integrated services, abets in filling the space where traditional silos between designers and contractors have been broken down, facilitating collaboration, and reflecting real-time changes to the plans within a digital environment. Collages utilizes BIM and the latest technologies such as three-dimensional representation and also measures the impact that design changes could have on schedule and cost during the entire design process.

General Contracting

Construction Management

As a Construction Manager, Collage assists and advises our clients throughout pre-design, design, construction, commissioning move in and beyond. We work in partnership with clients under a variety of Construction Management contracts including cost plus a fee, guaranteed maximum price, construction management at risk (CMAR), and negotiated procurement. This flexibility and fluid process allows all stakeholders to focus on the priorities of the project’s success from the beginning. We fully understand the need to look at the projects from the perspective of the owner and work together to achieve their purpose, meet their requirements and exceed their expectations.

Development

Collage will step out of the typical role of a contractor and has the experience, capabilities and resources to provide complete needs assessments, feasibility and planning services for new development, renovation projects as well as historical and government incentivized restoration projects. Collage has a history of highly visible Development and Redevelopment projects that not only grow but also transform communities and the lives of their citizens by improving the environment, in which we live, work and play.
