Construction Management
As a Construction Manager, Collage assists and advises our clients throughout pre-design, design, construction, commissioning move in and beyond. We work in partnership with clients under a variety of Construction Management contracts including cost plus a fee, guaranteed maximum price, construction management at risk (CMAR), and negotiated procurement. This flexibility and fluid process allows all stakeholders to focus on the priorities of the project’s success from the beginning. We fully understand the need to look at the projects from the perspective of the owner and work together to achieve their purpose, meet their requirements and exceed their expectations.
