Each year, The Collage Companies’ Party with a Purpose (PWAP) brings together our partners, colleagues, friends, and supporters for an evening dedicated to celebrating community impact. More than a signature event, PWAP reflects the heart of Collage—our commitment to honoring those who inspire positive change and strengthening the communities where we live and work. This year’s event carried special significance as we introduced a refreshed program format and welcomed guests into a warm, community-driven celebration attended by Collage team members, their families, and many of our trusted local partners. Bringing everyone together under one roof created a joyful, connected atmosphere that reflected the true spirit of Collage—a company where relationships matter, collaboration is central, and community is at the core of everything we build.
PWAP 2025 honored two extraordinary leaders whose contributions have shaped the construction industry, elevated our region, and uplifted countless lives.

Honoring Excellence: The 2025 Bring Change Award
Presented to Rosemary Hayes
The Bring Change Award is one of Collage’s most treasured traditions—an annual recognition celebrating individuals whose service creates meaningful, lasting change across our region. These honorees lead with integrity, elevate others, and embody the spirit of community-building that defines Collage’s mission.
This year, we are proud to recognize Rosemary Hayes, founder of Hayes & Newman, PL, as the 2025 Bring Change Award recipient.
For more than 30 years, Rosemary has been a champion for Florida’s construction community. As a respected attorney, arbitrator, and industry leader, she has represented general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and sureties across countless construction and commercial matters. Her deep expertise in contract negotiation, arbitration, and appellate litigation has shaped outcomes that strengthened the foundation of our industry.
Rosemary has served as General Counsel for HGR Construction and is a long-standing member of the American Arbitration Association’s Construction Panel of Neutrals. Her career includes over 100 appellate decisions, extensive work with DBPR licensing cases, and decades of thought leadership through continuing education courses and industry presentations.

Her dedication, wisdom, and integrity have made her a trusted resource, a mentor to many, and a model of what it means to create positive change. We are honored to celebrate Rosemary Hayes for her exceptional impact and lifelong commitment to the construction industry.
Introducing a New Tradition: The Collage Lovewell Award
Presented to Kevin Hagan
In 2025, The Collage Companies proudly introduced a new recognition: The Collage Lovewell Award. Rooted in Collage’s core values—love well, build well, serve well—this award honors individuals who elevate others through compassion, leadership, and service.
The inaugural recipient of the Collage Lovewell Award is Kevin Hagan, Collage General Manager whose career has been defined by advancing mission-driven organizations and strengthening communities through purpose-focused leadership. Known for his commitment to integrity, collaboration, and organizational transformation, Kevin exemplifies the spirit of leading with heart.

His ability to bring people together, foster meaningful partnerships, and champion positive change makes him a powerful example of what it means to “love well” in both professional and community spaces. We are proud to honor Kevin Hagan as the first-ever Collage Lovewell Award recipient.
A Night of Connection & Community
Party with a Purpose continues to grow in both energy and impact—uniting our community around shared purpose and shining a spotlight on the leaders who help shape a better future for Central Florida. This year’s event reaffirmed Collage’s belief that building stronger communities goes far beyond construction projects. It lives in the people committed to service, justice, compassion, and collaboration.
As we look ahead, we remain inspired by the extraordinary work of this year’s honorees and energized by the opportunity to continue building beyond the blueprint—together.

At Collage, Party with Purpose is always a moment to pause and reflect—on the projects currently underway, the clients who trust us, and the partners and trades whose expertise helps turn vision into lasting impact. Across transportation, hospitality, historic renovation, municipal, nonprofit, and environmental work, our focus remains the same: building projects that strengthen the foundation and fabric of the communities we serve. From complex transportation efforts like Tampa Union Station, Amtrak-related infrastructure, and the RSW Airport Terminal, to hospitality and historic renovations such as Hotel Marion in Ocala; from municipal investments including the Winter Haven Recreation Center and Tangelo Park, to mission-driven nonprofit spaces like Aspire Health Partners’ veteran facility, IDignity headquarters, and Quest Kids Academy; and from environmental projects such as the St. Lucie Lock and Dam—each effort reflects a shared commitment to purpose-driven building.

For over 40 years The Collage Companies’ mission-centric approach to building projects has positioned the firm as an industry leader. Our mission is to build projects that strengthen the foundation and fabric of our community. Through construction and integrated services, our works reflect a steadfast commitment to both clients and the communities which we serve.
