The Collage Companies is proud to celebrate the completion and dedication of the City of Bunnell Administration and Police Department Complex, a project years in the making and one that will serve as a cornerstone for this growing community. On August 27, 2025, city officials, civic leaders, and local residents gathered for a building dedication ceremony to honor the project’s completion. The event featured a ceremonial flag raising, remarks from leadership, and a chance for the community to step inside the new facility for the first time. It was more than a ribbon-cutting—it was a celebration of Bunnell’s progress, pride, and shared vision for the future.
From Groundbreaking to Dedication
The project officially broke ground in April 2024, kicking off just over 13 months of construction. Now, that vision has become a reality. The 17,843-square-foot complex brings together Bunnell’s administrative offices, police department headquarters, and a multi-use assembly hall in one central and accessible location designed to serve the community for decades to come.
Designed for the Community
Delivered through the Design-Build method, the project emphasized collaboration and efficiency from start to finish. The Collage Companies partnered with HALFF, Joseph Pozzuoli Architect, P.A., and Stephenson Wilcox Associates (SWA), and engaged local vendors and subcontractors throughout construction. The result is a facility rooted in Bunnell’s values and built with its future in mind.
