Our Highest
Priorities
Safety
Highest Priority.
Collage has a rigorous internal safety program and hires a third party safety consultant to monitor all of our projects. Our number one priority is an aggressive accident prevention program and a “Zero Accident/Zero Citations” goal for every project. Collage works with our subcontractors to assure a safe work place for employees and the public alike. This has resulted in Collage being recognized as an industry safety leader.

Quality
Control
For 40 plus years, we have tested and perfected our Quality Control Program to ensure its success at each implementation. Throughout each component of every project, we strictly adhere to specific procedures to ensure all conforms with contract documents.

Diversity in
Procurement
The Collage Companies fosters partnerships that create meaningful change in our community. We partner with a diverse group of vendors and partners who share our values of continuous improvement and impactful engagement.
Many federal and agency-funded projects have certification requirements for diversity programs like Small Business Enterprises (SBE), Minority and Women Owned Businesses (MWBE), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises (SDVOBE). Collage is not only dedicated to bidding on these projects but also committed to fostering connections that help minority-, women-, and veteran-owned businesses access opportunities that will increase their sustainability and success.
Small Business Development
With an aim to support small businesses and their owners, our SBD program may include setting aside contracts, providing preference points for the use of small businesses, providing special assistance in bidding and contract completion, and implementing other strategies that would increase collaboration and assistance to small businesses.
