This project was awarded to COLLAGE as a direct result of the successful completion of ESA Deerfield. The project consisted of the construction of a new three-story 104-room (45,900 sq. ft.) business class hotel in Plantation, Florida. Included in the construction was extensive site work, paving, site utilities, off-site road work, concrete masonry, a “Hambro” floor system, wood trusses, shingle roofing, extensive finishes, elevator, HVAC plumbing, fire protection and electrical work. Each room includes a full size stove, refrigerator and microwave. Unlike ESA Deerfield, ESA Plantation also includes a swimming pool.
