The Collage Companies 4th Annual PARTY WITH A PURPOSE Raises of $250,000 for Central Florida Nonprofit – Harvest Time International
The fourth annual Party with a Purpose took place on December 9, 2021, at Harvest Time International in Sanford, Florida. Each year The Collage Companies’ annual Party with a Purpose (PWAP) event benefits a Central Florida nonprofit organization who is making a difference in the world around them, the event also honors individuals who ‘desire to bring change to the world around them’ with the BRING CHANGE Award.
The 2021 PWAP recognized, Harvest Time International, a nonprofit humanitarian organization whose mission is to provide a hand up to children and families in need. Harvest Time responds to international disasters by sending supplies, food, and water to help rebuild communities. And supports the local community by providing a hand up out of the cycle of hunger and poverty for children and families in need.
During PWAP, The Collage Companies and the Walsh Family Foundation made a 5-year commitment of $250,000 toward a goal to raise $2.5M. Climate First Bank gave a one-time gift of $25,000. Additionally, other companies and individuals made contributions towards the goal. Past PWAP recipients include IDignity in 2019, LIFT Orlando in 2018, and Shepherd’s Hope in 2017.
Lex Ford, President of Climate First Bank, and Brian Walsh, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of The Collage Companies will lead a team to expand the vision of Harvest Time International to create The Hope Center that will work with several collaborating organizations to bring further social, spiritual, and economic impact to Seminole County and to central Florida. As part of the annual event, The Collage Companies presents Bring Change Awards to individuals in the community that “desire to bring change to the world around them”. This year’s recipients were Jason Siegel – President & CEO of Greater Orlando Sports Commission and Dr. John Murphy – President & Founder of Harvest Time International.
