Lake Mary, Florida – The Collage Companies works with IHG Hotels & Resorts in the development of their Holiday Inn Express & Suites brand hotels throughout Florida. Holiday Inn Express is a mid-priced hotel chain within the InterContinental Hotels Group family of brands that focuses on providing convenient and practical amenities and caters to business travelers and short-term stays. Collage completed the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Lake Nona in mid-2019 and is currently in development on a second in Sanford (near I4 interchange) and set to break ground on a third in New Smyrna, in 2020. The combined value of the three projects is in excess of $35 Million. Each project is supported by a team of about twenty-five subcontractors and in total creates 300 positions per project.

• Collage recently completed construction of the $13M Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lake Nona which is located at 10115 William Carey Drive. This four-story, mid-scale hotel features 122 guest rooms, kitchen, lobby, meeting space and fitness center. The new hotel is touted as the newest and most modern Holiday Inn Express hotel and is located just 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport. View Hotel Website. The new hotel is adjacent to the $10 million headquarters of Pioneers International, which Collage completed construction on in 2018, both structures are part of the growing Lake Nona landscape.

• Collage is currently in construction on the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Sanford which is located at 4750 SR 46. This 5-story hotel is set for completion in mid-2020 and will feature 121 guest rooms, lobby, swimming pool, fitness room, kitchen, and retail space.

• Collage is set to break ground in 2020 on the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in New Smyrna Beach which will be located on State Road 44 and I-95. This 5-story hotel will feature 122 guest rooms, lobby, swimming pool, fitness room, kitchen, and retail space.
