Hyatt Place Vilano Beach – Collage Sponsors Vilano Fest
The Collage Companies is providing Design Build Services for the NEW Hyatt Place in Vilano Beach. Located in St. Johns County, Florida – Vilano Beach is a unique barrier island community. The new Hyatt Place is a 3-story hotel with 120 guest rooms and hidden underground parking garage with 164 Spaces, swimming pool and a 2nd-floor courtyard with amenities. The hotel features a classic Florida Vernacular architecture with Art Deco compliments.
Phase 1 of construction is complete, which inlcluded underground parking and the hotel superstructure. We are now entering Phase 2 of the project with a projected completion in 2020. Robert Reyes, Project Superintendent and Site Manager for The Collage Companies, has been in the construction business for 49 years, and he has helped build projects all over the world. Robert says of the importance to work safely and cleanly when working in established areas, ” At all times our energy goes to minimizing the disruption to the community. Safety is of utmost concern to Collage.”
